Hello Canadensis!
Well, another amazing summer has come and gone! Watching the candles drift on Lake Lenape on camp’s last night always makes us realize just how lucky we are to be able to spend this time together.
From our spirited morning line-ups to our goofy evening activities, each day was jam packed with fun and friends. We loved bringing in new traditions such as our TAC (Tagged At Canadensis) Awards, which recognized campers that displayed random acts of kindness each week, to continuing time honored traditions like the best Color War in camping. Congratulations to both Comic Book Blue and Gold Arcade for competing at such a high level but always doing so with sportsmanship and decorum.
Of course, at Canadensis, we always feel that summer extends into a year-round get-together and hope that we will see everyone at all of our off season events, including our Reunion in January, Canteen on the Fly ice cream parties in select neighborhoods, get-togethers at sporting events, community service opportunities, Senior Summits for our older campers, new camper events in the spring and the Open House in June.
At the same time, we hope that you continue to come back to www.canadensis.com to see brand new episodes of the Canadensis Today Show and updated photos.
We hope the upcoming year brings nothing but health and happiness to all. And, we can’t wait to see you back in 2012 when we do it all again!
